Amphibole Quartz can have inclusions of actinolite, richterite, tremolite, and hornblende, plus hematite, limonite, kaolinite, and lithium. These crystals usually have the characteristics of a wisp of smoke or a stroke of a paint brush, which are the imprint of what were once a crystal forming. At one point there was a disruption that occurred in their growth and new minerals washed over them, which had given the opportunity for a brand new crystal to form around them.

Amphibole is associated with the Third Eye chakra.
